By using the Nightclub.com.vn website and reservation service, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Reservation service

• Nightclub.com.vn is an intermediary platform that lets you send table requests to partner venues.
• Reserving a table is completely free — no prepayment is required.
• A booking counts as confirmed once the venue replies by message, Zalo or phone. Until then, your table is not guaranteed.

2. Holding & cancelling

• Tables are held up to 45 minutes from your arrival time; if you are running later, please let us know.
• To cancel or reschedule, message the venue on Zalo or call the hotline as early as possible.

3. Guest responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking details (name, phone number, time, number of guests).
• Follow venue rules: age limit, dress code and the minimum spend of each table type.
• The service is for guests aged 18 and over; please bring a valid ID.

4. Minimum spend & table types

The minimum spend for each table type (bar counter, standing table, VIP sofa…) is for reference and may change on event nights. Final details are confirmed by the venue when they contact you.

5. Limitation of liability

Nightclub.com.vn does its best to keep information accurate but is not responsible for changes made by venues (opening hours, prices, programmes). On-site service quality is provided directly by the venue.
