Before you book
Is there a booking fee?
Reserving is completely free. You only pay for what you order at the venue.
How long is my table held?
Tables are held up to 45 minutes from your arrival time. Running late? Message the venue in the Bookings tab or via Zalo.
What's the dress code?
Smart casual and up — no flip-flops or sports shorts. Special event nights may have their own dress code, see the event page.
Are guests under 18 allowed?
No. All venues in our network serve guests 18 and over — please bring a valid ID.
How do I book for a group larger than 12?
Tap the Zalo button at the top or call the hotline — our team will arrange combined tables and the best spot for large groups.
