The venue is at 62 Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa — before 1 July 2025 part of Loc Tho Ward, on the central beachfront. The open-air garden serves the full menu 7 AM to 10:30 PM and a late-night menu 9:30 PM to 1:30 AM daily. The indoor NOA Lounge opens 7 AM to 10:30 PM on Monday and Tuesday. The indoor Night Club runs 9:30 PM to 2 AM from Wednesday to Sunday.

The open-air garden sits under a timber canopy facing the beach road — the place for a meal and a long sit. The indoor NOA Lounge covers the start of the week.
