KHU 13 Cần Thơ Underground Club in Ninh Kiều, Can Tho

KHU 13 Can Tho is the city's only underground floor, and also its latest closing: open until half past four in the morning, while most other floors in Can Tho stop at three. There is no cover charge. It is the Mekong Delta branch of KHU 13 Saigon.

Where is KHU 13 Can Tho? Address and opening hours

The venue is in the Cai Khe area, Ninh Kieu Ward, Can Tho — the district where nearly all the city's music floors sit; before 1 July 2025 part of Ninh Kieu District. It opens 9 PM to 4:30 AM nightly, weekends and holidays included. The room fills from around 10 PM, peaking between midnight and 2:30 AM.

Genuinely underground, not a themed night

The music here is techno, house and minimal electronic — one lane committed to rather than a crowd-pleasing playlist, with themed guest nights in between. In Can Tho, where most floors run Vinahouse and remixes, this is the only address for this kind of electronic listening.

An industrial concrete room

Bare square concrete columns, a metal-mesh ceiling, angled geometric LED frames shifting between red, amber and jade, and CO2 jets. The venue's concept is "IN THE DARK WE SHINE", and the fit-out follows it exactly: dark, raw, with light as the only staged element.

Four area tiers

A standing area at the edge of the dance floor; a VIP standing area on a raised platform facing the DJ desk; sofa tables around the floor; and the Ultra sofa booth at the centre for large parties, birthdays and group bookings. The raised VIP standing area is the most distinctive — facing the DJ desk while still in the crowd.

No cover charge

There is no cover charge, but booking ahead is advisable to hold the right area for your group — especially on Friday and Saturday nights, holidays and themed guest nights. With a floor running until half past four, the good areas are reserved early.

Relaxed, leaning street and underground to match the concrete room — nothing elaborate required, just avoid flip-flops and sports shorts. Guests must be 18 or over.
