Where is Block B? Address and opening hours

Block B is at No. 2 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hanoi — since 1 July 2025 the area belongs to Cua Nam Ward, previously Hoan Kiem District — about three hundred metres from the Hanoi Opera House. Its Google profile lists 9 PM to 3 AM on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday; an earlier 8 PM start on Tuesday; and closing at 4 AM on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The room: compact, with the booth in the middle

This is a small, enclosed room. A large LED screen under the vaulted ceiling runs the BLOCKB wordmark; the DJ booth, clad in white tile, sits in the middle of the floor; music posters line the walls under a pink-violet light strip; there are round mirrors, candle lamps on every table and a black-and-white chequered floor. The layout puts the crowd and the DJ very close together — far closer than in wide-floor clubs, which is why the atmosphere is what most good reviews mention.

A line-up that changes nightly

The club takes bookings for birthdays and friend groups. Give at least a day's notice so the team can set the area for your group size and prepare any celebration. In a room this size, groups over eight should check in advance to be sure of adjoining seats.

When to go and what to wear

Doors open at 9 PM; come early or book if you want to stand near the booth or have a table. The floor is busiest on Friday and Saturday and on guest-artist nights. Neat streetwear fits the room — the club's photos show a mostly streetwear crowd. Guests must be 18 or over.
