Cosmos Club Nightclub in Hoàn Kiếm, Hanoi

Cosmos Club sits at No. 21 Trang Tien — the street linking Hoan Kiem Lake with the Hanoi Opera House, which makes it one of the most central addresses a Hanoi club can hold. Its Google profile holds 4.6 stars. The club's line is "Frequency of the night", and the room follows that idea: an electronic music space built in a futuristic style.

Also known as: Cosmo Club, Cosmos Bar.

Where is Cosmos Club? Address and opening hours

The club is at 21 Trang Tien Street, Hanoi — since 1 July 2025 the area belongs to Cua Nam Ward, previously Hoan Kiem District. It is a few minutes' walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. Cosmos opens 9 PM to 4 AM from Tuesday to Sunday and closes on Mondays; the floor peaks after midnight. Hours can change on holidays and event nights. The logo and Google Maps both read "Cosmos"; regulars shorten it to "Cosmo".

The room: a domed LED ceiling and a DJ booth in the middle

Cosmos builds its room around a cosmic, forward-looking idea. The domed ceiling is a curved LED screen wrapping the whole space, an orbit motif runs across the displays, a column of stacked light rings hangs in the middle and moving heads cut through haze. The DJ booth stands in the centre of the floor so the crowd gathers on all sides rather than facing one end — a layout that makes a compact room feel closer and fuller.

House, Tech House and EDM

Resident DJs hold House, Tech House and EDM through the night, with guest DJs taking the booth for their own sets on special nights. This is a floor for dancing rather than for conversation — for a quieter evening, come in the earlier window before midnight.

Theme nights

The club's own photos record a run of theme nights — a pyjama party with pillows flying across the floor, and nights dedicated to a single genre. The schedule for each night is posted on the club's page, so it is worth checking what is on before you go.

Table areas at Cosmos Club

Based on the club's own photos there are four choices: standing tables around the floor for small groups, tables right by the DJ booth for those who want the centre, sofas for mid-size groups and sofas for large groups. Names and minimum spend vary by night, so you will be quoted the correct figure for the night you choose.

Birthdays at Cosmos

The club takes bookings for birthdays, friend groups and company parties, and the LED screens can run a birthday message. Give at least a day's notice so the team can arrange the area for your group size.

Getting to Cosmos Club

Trang Tien is a major street and easy to find, but at weekends the area around Hoan Kiem Lake becomes a pedestrian zone, so approach routes change by the hour — if you drive, park on the outer edge and walk in. It is about three minutes on foot from the Opera House and five from the lake.

Photos of Cosmos Club

The Cosmos Club photo set on this page lives up to the name: the domed ceiling is a curved LED screen showing orbit symbols, violet and blue beams cut through the haze, moving heads sweep under a mirrored ceiling, and the DJ booth sits in the middle of the crowd with CO2 jets and confetti bursting either side. Stage frames show the curved LED screen behind the platform, red beams and theme nights — bubbles floating in front of the screens, a pyjama party with pillow feathers across the floor, a mascot posing with guests. Moments include friends holding fans printed Frequency of the night and a birthday with the greeting on the LED screen — browse to choose a table by the booth or a sofa.

Reviews of Cosmos Club

Cosmos Club holds 4.6 stars from 58 reviews on Google Maps — not a large count yet, but a high score. Searches for “Cosmos Trang Tien” or “Cosmos 21 Trang Tien” all lead to this venue at 21 Trang Tien. The club is talked about for its curved LED dome covering the whole room, a DJ booth in the middle of the floor with the crowd on all four sides, a House, Tech House and EDM sound and theme parties that change weekly. Honest notes: the club is closed on Mondays, and at weekends the streets around Hoan Kiem Lake become pedestrian-only, so anyone driving has to park on the outer ring and walk in. Nightclub.com.vn also collects reviews from guests who booked through the platform and actually showed up — see the Reviews block below.

Cosmos Club menu
