From outside, Bodega presents a full old-style convenience store with shelving, signage and warm yellow light. Step through it and you are in a long, narrow room where the thing you notice first is overhead: a polished metal ceiling divided into large panels, each cut with concentric rings, the ribs between them tracing LED light — closer to a ship's interior than a bar.
