PocPoc Garden is at 79A Nguyen Dinh Chieu in Xuan Hoa Ward, part of District 3 before July 2025. Unlike the closed rooms of District 1, it is an open-air garden joined to a glass hall roughly 8.5 metres high, with space for about 1,100 people, the largest venue on this list. Bodega Saigon hides behind the front of an old-style convenience store at 2 Thi Sach, near Hai Ba Trung Street. Bodega only opens on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 10pm to 4am each time, so its tables fill faster than at seven-night clubs. There is no big sign outside; look for the street number. It runs a Ladies Night too. The walk from the Nguyen Hue walking street takes about seven minutes.

Volar is a deep-red club at 61 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, about five minutes by car from Ben Thanh Market. The first thing you notice is overhead: hundreds of pendant lights of different lengths dropping from a curved dome. A tall LED screen in the middle of the room runs geometric patterns, and the light is mostly warm amber. Its reputation rests on live show nights, with singers and DJs performing right in the middle of the room.

Seating forms a ring around the floor, so most tables have a view of the performers. The music and the opening hours change by night, and the booking team confirms both when you reserve. Sofas ringing the stage are taken first whenever a show is on.

D-Rave Club SGN, often written Drave, calls its sound Urban Groove, which in practice means hip-hop and R&B mixed with urban remixes. APLUS Saigon opened at the start of 2026 at 492 Vo Van Kiet, on the canal-side boulevard close to Nguyen Van Cu Bridge, now Cau Ong Lanh Ward (Cau Kho, District 1 before July 2025); Ben Thanh Market is about five minutes away by car. It is the brand's second club after APLUS Hanoi on Yen Phu, and in its first year it entered DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs 2026 at No.59. The club's website gives 8pm to 4am nightly while Google Maps shows a 9pm start; it closed for a spell of maintenance, and reviews from September and October 2026 show it running again.

The room, which the club puts at more than 500 people, points every way at the DJ booth: over the floor hangs a moving LED rig of wing-shaped panels and a central tower that rise and tilt with the beat, the ceiling doubles as a screen, and CO2 jets flank the booth. Sound comes from an L-Acoustics L2 system; techno is kept for themed nights, while resident and guest DJs play house and tech house the rest of the time, peaking from about 11pm. Seating runs in five tiers, from standing tables by the stage for one to four up to the President Sofa for fifteen; dress is smart casual at minimum, with no shorts, flip-flops or sportswear, and tables are held for 30 minutes past the booked time.
