The range of bars in Saigon
This is the most varied group on the site. Some are wide open-air gardens with tables under trees, good for larger groups and cool evenings. Some go industrial — raw walls, low light, a live band every night. Others are closer to lively street-food halls, busy from early evening. What they share is comfortable seating and no expectation that you dance.
Outdoor or indoor
Saigon's rainy season runs roughly May to November, usually a downpour in the late afternoon that clears. Garden bars all have covered sections, but if your group is large and it is raining, say so when reserving so the venue can seat you under cover. In the dry season the outdoor tables are the ones everyone wants — book early.
Live music nights
